The Company Board comprises of four Directors with two of them being full time Directors.

Joe P Fernandes - Director & CEO
Joe is an MBA (HR) from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai with over 22 years line experience in HR in reputed companies such as , TCS, Procter & Gamble, Xerox, MHD (Muscat , Oman) and ANZ banking software subsidiary.

His forte – RECRUITMENT, HR Systems - PROCESSES, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING.

  Madhu drives and manages the whole gamut of the recruitment Consulting Services of information Technology, IT Enabled Services and Non-IT segments. She is an MBA from Mount Carmel Institue of Management with specialization in HR and has over 12 years of rich experience in providing recruitment services to major clients in India and abroad.
